The Quality through tank sand filter fitting is the male fitting that fits through the filter tank into the female filter tank fitting on the inside of the pool sand filter.

Every Quality swimming pool sand filter tank uses two of these filter tank fittings.

Its always best to replace the two Filter Tank Seals as well.

Use a Quality union to join the Multi Port Valve to these fittings.
